Doug, a good friend of mine from high school, is on a 7 week dream vacation to Europe with his wife. They left last week to explore France, Switzerland, and Austria before following the World Cup around Germany. The trip will end with a couple stages of the Tour de France. Yeah - I'm envious!!
Itinerary
They have a USA ticket package - so they have tickets the first 3 USA group E games in Stage 1 - Then Stage 2 they watch USA play whoever. If USA wins the continue to the next USA game. If USA loses - they then follow the winner. And so on. They follow then winning team all the way to the final!
